This soup is very filling. The suggested serving size for this recipe is 4. It’s very rich, very thick, and very good.
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 tsp agave nectar
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cumin
- black pepper to taste
- (you may want to add more sea salt upon completion)
In a blender or VitaMix blend water, almonds, and agave. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until creamy.
Note – this is a raw recipe so if you’re using a VitaMix do not use the soup setting. Blend on a medium setting until creamy.
