Spicy Kelp Thai Noodles

You may not find an easier raw recipe anywhere. This takes 5-10 minutes tops and is absolutely delicious.

Kelp Noodles

  • 1 Package Kelp Noodles, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • Green onions and cilantro to garnish

Spicy ‘Peanut’ Sauce

  • 2 tblsp of tahini
  • 2 tsp miso paste
  • 1 tsp Tamari
  • 1 tsp agave
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • water to desired dilution

Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Pour over noodles, add tomatoes, and green onions. Enjoy.
