Black Bean Pizza

This pizza is very unique and packed with flavor. It’s filling, delicious, and loaded with protein and healthy fats.

  • 1 ½ cups cooked brown rice
  • 1 ½ cups cooked black beans
  • ¼ tsp chipotle powder

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until mixture forms a sticky ball. Mixture is very sticky.

Oil a baking sheet with about 2 tablespoons of coconut oil. Spread mixture on oiled sheet. Form into a rounded pizza crust.  Top with Daiya cheese and bake at 300 degrees for 45 mins. It is very important to back at this low temperature. Baking any higher will burn the beans and ruin the crust.


  • Dayia Cheese
  • Whole Foods Chipotle Salsa (or favorite salsa)
  • 1 avocado

Once the crust is done baking and the cheese is melted, add salsa and avocado. This unique pizza is super delicious.
