Lighten up your pizza using summer squash and a few other fresh vegetables! Have fun with this one, pick your favorites and enjoy!
Make your pizza crust using this recipe!
Crust:
- 1 (.25 oz) package active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (not too hot! hot water will kill the yeast.)
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cups brown rice flour
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dried basil
- pinch red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp agave nectar
Grill or saute your vegetables in extra virgin olive oil.
Top with organic pizza sauce, Daiya (cheese substitute), and veggies. Bake until 20-25 mins or until crust is golden brown.
