Place all berry ingredients in food processor and pulse a couple times, just enough to chop berries and blend them together. Place berry mixture in a 8×8 casserole dish.
Add all crust ingredients into food processor and pulse until nuts are chopped. Pour nut mixture on top of berry mixture. For an extra kick, place casserole dish in dehydrator for 2 hours or so. Enjoy!
Filling
- 1 container organic Strawberries (sliced)
- 1 container organic blueberries
- 1 container organic raspberries
- 1 tbls of agave nectar
Crust
- 1 cup of mixed nuts (we used raw hazelnuts and raw macadamia nuts)
- ½ cup of regular oats
- 1 tbls of agave nectar
- optional: ½ cup of organic shredded coconut
