This really should be called Vanilla Almond OH MY GOODNESS this is good Granola….
Too long, right?
Yeah, I thought so too.
Granola is hard to keep in the pantry in this house. Everybody loves it on everything. It gets snacked on right out of the jar and poured into a bowl, topped with almond milk. We love this granola sprinkled on top of our Everyday Oatmeal, it goes great on top of our Smoothies and is a MUST with our Chocolate Chia Soft Serve.

Place in oven and cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring once about 10 minutes in. Watch Granola carefully!! Crispy is good but it can go from brown to burnt in a flash.
Cool, on baking sheet. Place and store (if you don’t eat it all right away) in a air tight jar or container.
