- 2 large onions
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seed
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbls of Nama Shoyu (or Tamari)
Chop onions then pulse in food processor. Once onions are pretty well chopped add seeds, olive oil, and nama shoyu. Process until ingredients are blended and a batter is formed.
Spread batter across your dehydrator sheet and dehydrate at 105 degrees for 5-6 hours. At that point the batter is firm you can flip the mixture over and dehydrate for another 4-5 hours (this will create a firmer cracker. If you’d like to leave it in 10 hours straight you can but you’ll have a softer, more bread-like cracker.
Break apart or cut with a pizza slicer and enjoy.
