Who gave up sugar for the four weeks before the marathon?

Oh. We did.

No worries…you are one frozen banana away from a quick fix and a fantastic alternative!


  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup Almond Milk (or your choice of milk)
  • 1 T chia seeds (thickens it)
  • Cacao nibs as topping


Blend…everything. Top with nibs.
