8 oz of cold water
1/2 cup frozen mangos
1/2 cup chopped pineapple (or 1 green apple)
1 cup of spinach
1-2 leaves of kale
1/2-1 tbls of spirulina
1/2 – 1 cup of ice depending on preference
optional – bundle of parsley (adds chlorophyll)
