Savory Sesame Tofu
- Tofu (half block)
- 2 Tblsp.Safflower Oil
- 1/4 c Sesame seeds
- 2 tsp. Garlic granules
- 2 tsp. Basil leaves
- 1 tsp. Onion Salt
- 1 tsp. Ground mustard
- Bed of Organic Spring Mix and Vegetables
Heat safflower oil in pan on medium heat,
Slice tofu to desired shape (i.e. cubes, blocks, logs, triangles).
Combine spices in bowl and mix thoroughly.
Coat each piece of tofu in spice mixture.
Place tofu in pan and brown until desired colored and crispiness.
